A visitor management app that captures signed agreements on iPad
Confidly replaces the paper visitor book. Studios, clinics, workshops and offices publish their own confidentiality agreement or visitor policy, hand a visitor an iPad, and keep the signed copy in a private vault instead of a folder behind reception.
What visitor check-in looks like with Confidly
Runs on the iPad you already own
Open the signing link in Safari or Chrome and prop the iPad at reception. There is no app to install and no kiosk hardware to buy.
Visitors sign with a finger
The signature pad accepts finger, stylus or mouse input, so a visitor can read the document and sign it in under a minute.
Minors and guardians handled
A visitor under 18 can tick the minor box, which adds a parent or legal guardian name and a second signature field to the same record.
Your document, your company name
Upload your own visitor NDA, confidentiality policy or waiver as a PDF, or paste its text, and publish it under your own company or personal name.
Private vault, not a shared inbox
Signed agreements are stored in an admin-only vault. Nobody can browse or edit other visitors' records from the signing screen.
Download a signed PDF
Every record can be downloaded as a PDF that pairs the exact document text with the captured signatures, names and timestamp.
How to set it up
- 1
Set your company or individual name, then upload your visitor document or use the built-in non-disclosure agreement.
- 2
Open the signing link on the iPad at your front desk, or send it to visitors and clients ahead of their arrival.
- 3
The visitor types their full name, signs with a finger, and the date is stamped automatically on submission.
- 4
Review the record in your private vault and download the signed PDF whenever you need it.
Who uses it this way
Photo and film studios asking guests to sign a confidentiality agreement before a shoot, clinics and salons collecting consent from clients and their guardians, workshops and makerspaces recording safety waivers, and small offices that need a signed NDA from every contractor who walks in.
